Our Team

Jackie Hempstead – Office Manager

Jackie Hempstead started with Lawn and Order Landscaping in March of 2018.  She provides administrative assistance to our landscape team as well as manages our office.  A native of Minnesota and Wisconsin, Jackie joined the U.S. Marine Corps after graduation from high school and served four years active duty as a files and directives clerk.  She met her husband Robert while stationed at Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay, HI. They moved to Kure Beach, NC in 2002 where Jackie developed her love for plants working as a tropical plant technician for twelve years. They then moved to Charleston, SC where Jackie worked as a landscape office manger for three years. They are proud parents of two grown children, Nathan and Savannah; and two spoiled cats.  Rob’s recent job transfer brought them to the Raleigh area where they hope to stay for many years to come.

Nathan Hailey – Lawn Care Manager

Nathan Hailey is a North Carolina native and began working in the green industry in Wilmington, North Carolina in 2005.   Nathan is our licensed Lawn Care Manager who makes sure your grass stays green and weed free! He also enjoys being outdoors, fishing, and gardening.

Frankie Stallings – Landscape Maintenance Manager

Frankie Stallings moved to the United States from Mexico when he was 2 years old.  His family moved to Raleigh because his dad acquired a job here and they wanted to start a new life for their young family.  Frankie has grown up in Raleigh and graduated from Broughton High School in 2015. Employed by Lawn & Order Landscaping in 2016 as a laborer, Frankie has climbed the ranks and now manages the Landscape Maintenance division.  While not working, Frankie loves playing soccer and spending time with his family.
