Joe Bailey
Joe Bailey founded Lawn and Order Landscaping in 2005 and has been dedicated to helping its customers ever since. Joe and his wife Lindsey have two children, Kai and Hunter and a French Bulldog named Cheese. In his spare time Joe loves to be with his friends and family, travel the world and spend time with anything involving aviation.
Jackie Hempstead – Office Manager
Jackie Hempstead started with Lawn and Order Landscaping in March of 2018. She provides administrative assistance to our landscape team as well as manages our office. A native of Minnesota and Wisconsin, Jackie joined the U.S. Marine Corps after graduation from high school and served four years active duty as a files and directives clerk. She met her husband Robert while stationed at Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay, HI. They moved to Kure Beach, NC in 2002 where Jackie developed her love for plants working as a tropical plant technician for twelve years. They then moved to Charleston, SC where Jackie worked as a landscape office manger for three years. They are proud parents of two grown children, Nathan and Savannah; and two spoiled cats. Rob’s recent job transfer brought them to the Raleigh area where they hope to stay for many years to come.
Alexis Brown – Sales & Projects
Alexis Brown is a Raleigh, NC native. He graduated from Garner High School and promptly entered college at Wake Tech. He has been working in the Landscaping Industry for over a decade. Alexis started working with Lawn & Order Landscaping in 2018 as a lawn care laborer and has climbed the ranks to his current position of Operations Manager. In his free time Alexis enjoys producing music, traveling the world & “outdooring”.
Kevin Bass – Project Manager
Kevin Bass is from Garner, NC and has been working in the Landscaping business for over 30 years. Kevin started working on Golf courses and eventually moved to commercial & industrial sites & now focuses on residential. Kevin has been with Lawn & Order for 3 years and now oversees the Projects Division. In Kevin’s spare time he likes to spend time with his family & dog, working in his yard & watching sports.
